Willy Wonka Birthday Party
“Follow me and you’ll be in a world of pure imagination”- Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory
We had a small family celebration for both of my scorpio babies. Alivia was born on October 24th and Anthony, November 16th. As a First birthday party I felt a little guilt to combine the parties but #COVID—here’s to hoping Anthony won’t be too disappointed when he sees the slight(BIG) difference in first birthday party affairs in comparison to his big sisters. C’est La Vie, right? But when life gives you lemons you turn it into candy lol. I decided to do Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory as a gender neutral theme and everyone loved it. The cake really made it all come together, I was so happy with it and it tasted as delicious as it looked! Yum.

Gosh, I love them so. And time really does fly by- any thoughts on how to stop time from moving too fast? Let me know… :)
Liv's dress (couldn’t find the exact one but this is similar) was SO beautiful. It was great quality and VERY affordable. Anthony's outfit was too cute as well and I just love outfits that come as a set. Easier for us Moms. His outfit can be found at a local boutique close to where I live called ‘Pumpkins Children’s Clothing’ but I linked something similar.
Beauty
Just over here hogging all of the lollipops. I’ll be happy to share the makeup products I used on party day if anyone is interested!
Outfit
I wanted to somehow slightly match Alivia while still being casual so this was the final outcome. I actually love to mix “fancy” items, like my sequin top (old but similar style linked) with casual to create a balanced look. I’m also in my VERY favorite jeans , they fit a curvy body better than any other jeans I have tried (and I have tried A LOT, I usually like 7 for all mankind and Hudson but I really think these ones I am wearing are my absolute favorite). Lastly, my ribbed duster (old but similar is linked) is a favorite that I find myself wearing over and over again. A lightweight duster is always great to have in your closet—it’s very versatile.
My little pumpkin
I tried to get a photo of both kids here but you know how that goes….anywho, I just adore her and was so happy she had the best day celebrating her birthday!
